How To Write A Winning Business Plan

Writing a business plan is as much about the experience as it is the plan itself. Each phase is designed to help you see your business in perspectives you have not considered. What’s your vision? Who are your competitions? What sets you apart from others? These are just a few things that are revealed as you go through the process. “Wow, I hadn’t thought about that,” is a consistent phrase heard while going through this plan writing process. It is tough, we know. That is why we have a team of professionals to work with you throughout the process.

What To Expect

  • Proprietary instructions and forms designed to meet SBA, investor and bank requirements.
  • One on one coaching throughout the process
  • A dedicated reviewer who covers grammar, phrasing and content
  • Motivation and accountability that lead to the ultimate success.
WHO NEEDS A BUSINESS PLAN?

The easy answer is every business owner. Having a business plan is not just for getting a loan or investments. It is the blueprint to your business’s future. It tells the story of your vision and mission. It guides your budget, your marketing and your team as you expand.

Who needs a business plan? YOU!

Building A Great Network

Networking, ok now that you have groaned, is all about relationships, not sales. We all like doing business with people we have great relationships with, outside of the office. Effective networking is about building those long term relationships. Finding ways to add value to someone else’s world is key to a successful referral partnership.

Want to learn how to effectively network? Want to know the do’s and don’t of networking?

We will discuss how to go from meeting someone at an event, being introduced, to the 1-1 meeting, and the all important follow up steps.

You will leave with a proven and utilized strategy to turn those non-effective networking moments, into opportunity.
